JK Ostrov
We are building our JK Ostrov project 35 minutes from Moscow’s city center, adjacent to the hidden world of The Moskva River and Moskvoretsky Natural Park. The panoramic views are striking from the windows, balconies, and terraces of the houses, known as the “Houses of the Future”, the bridges over the river and the coastline can also be observed. Our environmentally friendly project consists of 5 blocks ranging from 5 to 21 story buildings, with 2 parking levels underground, and 650 hectares of park area.
