JK EVER – 1st Stage

JK EVER – 1st stage, which we are carrying out as a multi-functional residential complex, is a 5-minute walk from Vorontsovskiy Park and Kalujskaya metro station. The project is located on 15 thousand square meters and consists of 3 buildings with 34 floors. The facade concept of each building is distinguished by its materials and colors. In addition, the project has 1,106 apartments and a parking area for 665 cars.
