Antplato

Antplato was the first office project for Ant Yapı in Turkey and was developed to breath new life into the office district in an area regarded as the new center of attraction and investment region in Istanbul. With the superior experience and quality that Ant Yapı brings, having completed many international projects, Antplato is located over an area of 35,000 square meters and has continuous views and bright interior spaces with its 10,000 m2 glass curtain-wall. The project has the technological infrastructure of an office building but with the comfort of a residence. The investment price was 50 million dollars and consisted of 25 floors and 180 modular units.

Antplato offices can be opened up to 1,032 m2 thanks to its modular and flexible floor plan and used as an office or home-office according to ones personal preference. It was designed in accordance with the American-based LEED criteria, as a Leed Gold candidate, an internationally respected green building environmental impact assessment methodology. The project offers special areas where electrical and hybrid vehicles can be charged, and provides a sustainable living and working space by allowing the individual users to manage energy saving in the office through a “green renting model”.
