Located in the seaside resort of Folkestone in the southeast of England, Leas Pavilion is a social facility built in 1902.
Leas Pavilion project consists of 2 stages. While the first includes the renovation of the old building, the second stage aims to imbue a new meaning to the project with 91 luxury residences.
