Westminster Tower

The project, which embraces the transformation of Westminster Tower, one of England’s most prestigious and London’s iconic buildings, aims to transform the tower built in the 1980s on the banks of the Thames River and used as an office building, into a residence area. Carried out by Ant Yapı in cooperation with the Australian business development company Third.I Group, with £ 37 Million investment, the project plans to transform a 7200 square meter office area into a top-of-the-line residential enclave offering high-quality living standards. The project, featuring a total of 25 luxury apartments, 3 penthouses, and recreation areas, is aimed to be completed in 2025.
